The 2024 Steven J Tursellino scholarship application is now available.  All information in on the application which can be downloaded and filled out on-screen, then saved & emailed to PAPDCA@gmail.com along with all attachments or
mailed to:

The association will present (1) $1000.00 scholarships in memory of Police Officer Steven John Tursellino.  This scholarship is available only to the children or grandchildren of members who are college bound high school students.  Members must have been in good standing with dues paid for 2024.  Members that meet the above criteria that DO NOT have children can submit nieces and nephews in certain circumstances. For more information, please contact the executive board for more details.  An application needs to be filled out by the parents and submitted with the $10.00 application fee by 9/1/2024.

*NOTE: This year we are accepting applications from all PAPD Personnel.  Non Association member’s application fee is $45.00.
